- Content used for teaching purposes for a limited period of time in a limited group
- Office software files (e.g. doc, pdf, odt) published before 9 September 2018
- Live video or audio transmissions that are not recorded for holding or republication
- Video or audio recordings published before 23 September 2020

2. Undue burden
We assess on a case-by-case basis when accessibility imposes an unreasonable cost. Not all project events and videos are captioned if they impose an unreasonable cost.
